This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of entry-level Business Services job roles as well as individuals who have not yet entered the workforce. These individuals carry out a range of basic procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require self-management and technology skills. They perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.

Get your Certificate II in Workplace Skills with our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program! This program is designed for those who have already gained experience in the workplace and are looking to formalize their skills and knowledge.
We will work with you to gather evidence to prove that you carry out a range of basic procedural, clerical, administrative or operational tasks that require self-management and technology skills. With our RPL program, you can get your certificate without having to attend classes or complete assessments. Our
assessors will evaluate your skills and knowledge based on your work experience and provide you with a certificate that recognises your skills and knowledge.

Our RPL Process
Course Details and Structure
RPL is achieved at your own pace with our support for your evidence gathering process. This is typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks.
*We have open enrollment which means you can start whenever you are ready.

Entry Requirements
Formal Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification; however, please read through the following information to assess if you have the English language and literacy skills necessary to complete this course successfully.
Enrolment Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Testing
It is a procedure during our enrolment process to email everyone a link to participate in a short online LLN test that will check your current learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy skills and from these results, allow us to offer you the necessary support needed, if any, to help you successfully complete this course.

You will need access to a modern personal computer and the internet to study this course. In addition, you will need to be able to use this computer, including basic word processing, use of Microsoft Office software and electronic communication platforms and internet search engines.
