BSB40215_Certificate IV in Business

This qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

BSB40315_Certificate IV in Customer Engagement

This qualification reflects the role of individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who undertake complex customer interactions, often as a team leader and with significant authority to delegate. Duties at this level are varied and may include responding to complex customer requests handling complaints, coaching staff and completing related administrative tasks.

BSB40515_Certificate IV in Business Administration

This qualification is suited to a range of individuals who use welldeveloped administrative skills and a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of administrative contexts. They apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems, and analyse information from a variety of sources.

BSB40615_Certificate IV in Business Sales

This qualification is suitable for individuals with well-developed sales skills across a range of business sales contexts. They may problem-solve, provide leadership to others and analyse a range of information. Typically, people in this role would report to a more senior business sales practitioner.

BSB42518_Certificate IV in Small Business Management

This qualification is suitable for small business managers who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others, and have responsibility for the output of others. 

BSB50415_Diploma of Business Administration

This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including administration managers, general office managers and office managers. Individuals in these roles may possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.

BSB50215_Diploma of Business

This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including executive officers, program consultants and program coordinators. Individuals in these roles may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions. Conversely, it may also apply to those with little or no vocational experience, but who possess sound theoretical business skills and knowledge that they would like to develop in order to create further educational and employment opportunities.

BSB52415_Diploma of Marketing and Communication

This qualification applies to individuals with a sound theoretical knowledge base in marketing and communication and who demonstrate a range of managerial skills to ensure that functions are effectively conducted in an organisation or business area. Typically they would have responsibility for the work of other staff and lead teams.

BSB50315_Diploma of Customer Engagement

This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including contact centre managers, quality assurance officers, analysts, schedulers and customer contact managers. 

Individuals in these roles would possess sound relationship management skills and be well-equipped to support a team. They would typically manage complex multi-channel customer interactions including training others and promoting continuous process improvements within an organisation. 

BSB60215_Advanced Diploma of Business

This qualification reflects the role of individuals with significant experience in a senior administrative role who are seeking to develop expertise across a wider range of business functions. The qualification is suited to individuals who possess significant theoretical business skills and knowledge and wish to consolidate and build pathways to further educational or employment opportunities.
