Teachers, trainers and assessors often need to upgrade their qualifications to retain teaching compliance. In the education business, this is known as ‘teach out’, where certain original qualifications require an upgrade to a newer version.
For example, the BSB15 package will be phased out and require updating on 30 June 2022.

How it works?
To achieve a qualification upgrade, OPEC College simply requires the following documents:
- Resume
- Qualification plus Academic transcript for the outdated qualification you are looking to upgrade
- Academic profile
The OPEC College team will then assess your evidence and contact you if any additional evidence is required. It is possible that you may also have a conversation with our RPL Assessors as part of the evidence gathering process. The RPL journey takes place quickly and your new qualifications can be issued within a few short weeks.
